Affiliate Terms and Conditions

1. Dragon Roads Responsibilities

Dragon Roads is responsible for accurate tracking of qualified referrals, applying the commission rate in effect at the time of booking, and providing payouts for eligible conversions.

2. Commission Eligibility & Timing

Commissions are earned on conversions fourteen (14) days after the trip has been completed and client payment has been fully processed. Any client refund or chargeback will be deducted from the trip total, and the affiliate commission will be adjusted accordingly.

Payments are issued monthly for eligible conversions.

3. Commission Calculation

Commissions are calculated on the total amount paid by the client for the trip, net of refunds, cancellations, and adjustments. The commission rate applied is the rate in effect at the time of booking.

4. Fees & Transfers

Conversion fees and transfer fees are handled by the affiliate's payment provider and may be deducted from the payout amount.

5. Approved Promotion Channels

Affiliates must not use any form of marketing on external websites except an affiliate's approved website. Spamming on social media, blogs, or forums—or reposting the same content repeatedly—is a violation of these terms.

6. No Deceptive Marketing

Affiliates must not promote Dragon Roads in a deceptive way, such as claiming that a client can save a specific percentage by signing up through an affiliate link. Targeting keywords such as "Dragon Roads coupon" or "Dragon Roads discount" is considered deceptive marketing. Breach of this clause is a reason for immediate affiliate link disapproval and removal of all pending affiliate balance.

7. Right to Disallow

Dragon Roads reserves the right to disallow any affiliated website or promotional method without providing a reason or notice.

If an affiliate is disallowed, any pending payouts for eligible conversions remain due.
